Shipping Policies

SHIPPING

We use Mainfreight and Now Couriers for all shipping. Parcels can be tracked at upon request, please email us if you require your ticket number. We aim to get the goods out of the store same day, as long as payment is received by 2.00pm, this is the cut off for orders due to courier and freight services

Pick ups are not available.

During weekends, public holidays and Sundays, nothing will be shipped. You will have to wait till the next available working day.

Shipping Rates

Delivery within Auckland is free
Rest of the North Island is $6 per tyre
South Island is $10 per tyre

RETURN POLICY

Goods are not returnable simply because you changed your mind.

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty we will replace or exchange if your: Item is damaged Item is defective You notify us within 7 days If your item is unable to be replaced we will offer you a refund We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

It is the customer's responsibility to return goods for any reason, in the time frame stated. If it is a warranty issue we will refund the freight charges once we receive the goods back.
